The IML has reserved a block of rooms at the Hilton Chicago and the Palmer House Hilton. Rates are $199 main level and $239 executive level; single or double. Room tax is 15.4%. Check in is 3 p.m.; check out is 11 a.m.
Once your conference registration and payment has been received you will be sent confirmation and a link to the online IML Hilton room block reservations page, where you will make your room reservations.

All conference sessions will be held at the Hilton Chicago Hotel.
All lodging requests must be guaranteed with a credit card. (The card will not be charged until you check in or if you are a “no show.”) Your city may establish credit and direct billing at the hotel after rooms have been booked online by contacting their credit department.
Lodging reservation cancellations: Reservations must be canceled directly with the hotel at least 72 hours prior to arrival. Lodging reservations not canceled 72 hours prior to arrival will be billed for the first night’s room and tax.
