The deadline for Exhibit applications has been extended!
We are pleased to describe the Exhibit Hall procedures for our 97th Annual Conference.
The Conference this year will be Thursday, September 23, through Saturday, September 25. The Exhibit Hall will be ready for set up at noon on Thursday, September 23. The Exhibit Hall will officially open to all conference attendees at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, September 24 with a "Grand Opening" ribbon cutting. In addition, Friday afternoon educational sessions will end at 4:15 p.m. allowing all attendees to visit the Exhibit Hall while a dessert reception is being held.
Exhibits will be displayed from 10:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Friday and 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. Exhibits must be set up by 9:30 a.m. on Friday and may not be broken down until noon on Saturday.
Each booth fee includes two complimentary exhibitor registrations. All other personnel staffing the booth are required to be registered.

If you are planning on attending sessions and social functions you will need to fill out a conference advance registration form.
You will receive an Exhibitor Registration confirmation along with instructions for reserving your hotel room once your application has been received and processed.
Payment must be made on or before August 27, 2010 as stated in the contract. To assure space availability, please return the contract as early as possible.
